Come improve your gymnastic skills, upper body and core strength at my Gymnastics Clinic at pfc_crossfit Saturday March 1st from 9am - 2pm. 

We’ll cover pulling movements like pull-ups, ring rows, toes to bar in the morning and pushing/holding movements, like handstand holds and handstand walks in the afternoon.

Details: $150 for the clinic
