Sometimes I just don’t feel motivated before a workout. I don’t want to start until I’m already in the gym or my shoes are on.

But I’ve never once regretted moving my body. I have regretted skipping when I know I needed it!

I’m learning there’s a balance between listening to how I feel now, and showing up for the version of me I want to be later.

Future me always thanks me for the effort, not the excuses 🤍
