Iowa's favorite superhero is making his way back home. Actor Brandon Routh, best known for playing Superman, is coming to Des Moines Con 2025.

Routh, who grew up playing fantasy video games and reading fantasy novels in Iowa, first took on the role for "Superman Returns" in 2006. He's been part of several "geekdoms" throughout his life and is looking forward to connecting with fans in his home state.
