Fitness has been a huge part of my life and I am always learning & growing as an athlete. I remember one summer I was working with a trainer in the NFL and he told me we were only going to do isometric training & I’d be in the best shape of my life. I looked at him and said “soooo, you know i’m a soccer player right? I need to run…and run some more.” He told me to “trust the process,” and sure enough I was the fittest I’d even been and crushed all my testing. After that I was hooked…
