This is 30!!!! 🎂

As I reflect on some of the best years of my life, I wanted to share 20 life lessons/advice from my 20s:

1. Friendships are meant to be experienced 
2. Being a good friend may not always be as easy, but it is always worth it 
3. Traveling with your friends will teach you more about yourself than them
4. It will also give you the best memories (& the most laughs)
5. Your friends can be your soulmates
6. You can have more than one soulmate
7. Sometimes the person you will end up with is the person you least expect 
8. If you follow your passions, more than likely it will lead you right to them 
9. In order to truly & deeply love someone else, you need to learn to love yourself first
10. Never take family for granted 
11. Learn about your family’s histories and where you’re from, if you’re still fortunate enough to be able to ask 
12. Have that dinner with your grandparents 
13. Always call back
14. Yoga (or movement) will go a long way if you consistently practice it
15. A deep breath will go an even longer way if you let it. 
16. Be present in every moment, conversation, and experience. 
17. Taking in all of your surroundings can help you feel more present—the sounds, the birds, the wind, the way the trees move, the way the light hits
18. Music can really be the answer to your problems (so can dance)
19. The future may not always be predictable, but it will always be manageable (& it’s never too late to start saving money)
20. Practice kindness every day
