After Capricorn detailed some of the traumatic events she experienced during her time working with Diddy, Agnifilo questioned her about her decision to continue working with Diddy, and even begging for her job back after being fired. As previously reported, Clark testified she was kidnapped at gun point by Diddy, who forced her to accompany him to the break-in at Kid Cudi’s home. However, the defense presented email evidence showing that Capricorn was still conducting business with Diddy just three weeks after the alleged kidnapping occurred. Clark also alleged she believed Diddy blackballed her from working in the music industry, and she could not get a job anywhere else.

Clark was also asked some questions about her relationship with Cassie. Agnifilo questioned Clark about how the ‘Official Girl’ singer changed once she got into a relationship with Diddy. He also asked Clark if she believed Cassie was talented, to which Clark replied, “Talented to me is Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey. Cassie, she was more of a studio musician.
