🥉Rotisserie Chicken - Cheap and tasty, but full of additives like sugar, carrageenan, and preservatives. It’s also kept in plastic under a heat lamp-not ideal.

🥈Conventional Chicken - Better, but still fed GMO corn and soy, which impacts quality.

🥇Organic Chicken - No hormones, antibiotics, or GMOs, but still washed in a chlorine bath. Cleaner, but not perfect.

💯Honestly? I skip the chicken and go with grass-fed beef instead — higher in nutrients and way less processed.
