Taking action is one of the most important things any entrepreneur or leader can do. Fear and hesitation creep their way into your mind daily, and the idea of failing or being laughed at holds so many people back.  When I started Raymond Representation, I had so many fears going into it. 

Was I too young? 
Was I inexperienced? 
Can I pull it off?
Can I run a business?
Can I grow a business? 
Should I wait until I graduate law school? 

The point is the list can go on forever. I wake up with a new fear every single day. When you take action and work through the changes, that's how you can build something great. Most people dont realize that it's okay to change paths or make a pivot in the road. I have a million times. There is no blueprint to this. It takes hard work, resilience, patience, and consistency. The end goal hasn't changed, but I stopped focusing on the destination and more on the journey. Every day is a new challenge or opportunity that presents itself and it is a blessing to have those opportunities and learn through them.
