How do you stay motivated? 

The answer is you don't. Nobody stays motivated all the time. Life throws curve balls at you every single day. It is not easy to stay consistent, passionate, and mentally strong every day of your life. The difference between people who take it to the next level and elevate their lives are the ones who can do it without daily motivation. As David Goggins always says, "nobody is coming to help you, so you better help yourself." Motivation comes and goes as it pleases. Days are easier when it's around, and sometimes it stays longer than expected, but most of the time, it's all on you. You're in a constant battle with yourself and your mind. Nobody else.

I can't tell you how often I did not want to work out, study for the bar, call a client, set up meetings, do homework, complete projects, get on zoom calls with brands, etc. The difference is I do it anyways. I understand the end goal. The end goal is to become the greatest version of Michael Raymond that I could be. I want to be unstoppable and relentless in everything I do. So we wake up early and hit the gym, take all the calls, study every day, go to class, follow our morning and night routines, and stay relentless. Great things happen when efforts are made into it; it's as simple as that. Do you really want to see a change? Do you really want to be successful? Then be willing to do things your friends wouldn't do. Do it for yourself, and don't wait for the perfect moment because I can tell you it doesn't exist!
