Justin Gray is exactly the kind of person and athlete we want to work with at Raymond Representation. There is so much more to the Agent/Client relationship then signing team contracts and watching them play basketball. This is for everybody! Not just NBA Stars or Overseas players that get you a considerable RETURN ON INVESTMENT. I got into this business because I saw a hole in the overseas and G-League markets. Way too many players were being underutilized and forced to remain transactional with their agents. What are you going to do when the ball stops dribbling? 

I preach to all my clients that you are way bigger than basketball. The league stars should not be the only athletes marketing themselves, becoming entrepreneurs, business leaders, and impacting their communities. Every person has a story to tell and a personal brand to build. Some bigger than others but each one unique in its own right. We help all our clients turn passions and hobbies into business opportunities. Justin Gray did just that, and I am blessed to say I was a part of the camp's success. His work ethic, both on and off the court, is commendable and inspiring. Clothing lines, social media sponsors, summer camps, speaking engagements, podcast interviews, etc. This is what every athlete should be doing for themselves, no matter what league or team you play for.
