Raymond Representation has learned to expand throughout the past five months. If you were to ask me five months ago if I would have an intern team, dropped three apparel lines, closed 4-5 monthly endorsement deals for my clients, and worked with tons of athletes, I would’ve thought you were crazy. Fast forward to June 2021, when my partner, doobzworldwide , snapped this picture of me after my run around Brickell Key to mirror the first one. We are building something special, and I am glad to be surrounded by some of the best clients, family, and friends. This whole journey is a testament to them. You need a team to build something special. 

The one thing  I will preach to all of you guys is this. The most important thing I have learned to grow over this past year is my mind and my habits. Before you focus on growing your network, your business, or your lifestyle, focus on changing your daily habits and yourself. Having a morning routine, nightly routine, and workout routine has been life-changing. There is no secret science or unique formula. Get up early and get after it. Get rid of those friends holding you back and embrace the grind. It gets real lonely on this journey, but you will see life-changing results if you are willing to sacrifice for greatness. 

Raymond Representation is my company and passion but elevating Michael Raymond every single day is the most critical job. This is my life. This is not to build a better company, sign more athletes, get bigger. Creating good habits is to change your life for good and never look back.
