Raymond Representation family. I wanted to share a small accomplishment in my life that happened today. I just submitted my last final and finished my second year of law school at the University of Miami. Some of you are probably thinking, "wait, he's in law school?" It has been a constant grind juggling both law school and Raymond Representation, but it is something that I signed up for and a promise that I made to myself of becoming a lawyer. It has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and I am now one year closer to accomplishing that goal. We got a few more months until the Florida Bar grind begins and NBA Pre Draft 2022. I am so excited for our future and the people I will be able to inspire along the way. 

I will mention one more thing. This quote means a lot to me and my mission. I am a very unconventional law student. I will never work a 9-5. I knew my goals coming in. I also knew that I would likely not work at a law firm full-time post law school. I got experience at law firms, and I have built a great network of lawyers throughout my school years, but I have known for a long time that being a traditional lawyer was not in my plans. I went to law school to become a better person, better learner, better leader, better entrepreneur, a better student, a better friend, and most of all, learn the law to apply to my business ventures in the future. The reason I am saying this to you all is this. Don't feel obligated to follow the same path as every law student. Many students get stressed or feel as if they are not doing enough because they see extensive firm internships, clerkships, and prominent law jobs. 

Everybody has their path. Don't compare yourself to others and pursue your dreams with passion and heart. Being a traditional lawyer is not for everyone, so do what you love and inspire everyone you can along the way. Time to focus on building Raymond Representation and taking everyone around me the top. We all eat at my table, and I can't wait to do some extraordinary things!
