#LiloAndStitch director deanfleischercamp approached Pleakley’s animated flair with care, intentionally adapting the character’s iconic alien-in-drag energy for a more grounded live-action world. 

“We tried to go about this very thoughtfully and and in a way that respects the fact that they’re completely different mediums,” he said. Still, he assured fans, “Pleakley had some great wardrobe in our film!”
