Traveling to NCAAs - it has been awesome to get after it in the weight room with uvastrength, Coach Jared, and the rest of the performance staff. It’s one of the cornerstones of long term athlete development. Thank you to uvafootball for the use of the new facility as virginiasports completes the Olympic Sports Facility in the fall of 2025.
