Phoenix has been named the 4th most ozone-polluted city in the U.S., according to a new American Lung Association report—surpassing even cities like New York and Chicago. 

The Valley received failing grades for both ozone and particle pollution, putting roughly 500,000 asthma sufferers at greater risk.
