After more than a month of uncertainty, ChristianaCare will assume control of five former Crozer Health outpatient locations in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, submitting a winning bid of $50.3 million in a bankruptcy auction.

ChristianaCare will take over two locations in Glen Mills, one in Havertown, another in Broomall and one in Media.
