what !! a !! blessing !! 

Some days I’m just… exhausted. From training, from work, from creating content, from life, from showing up over and over again. But then I remember how lucky I am to even choose these challenges, to run a marathon, to get stronger, to grow in my career, to try and become the person I want to be! 

That kind of tired? It’s a blessing.
A reminder that I’m in it, that I’m choosing to change even when it’s not easy.

Just something I like to come back to when the motivation dips. 🤍
