Please welcome our other newest coach, Hannah!! Hannah has been with us for a little over a month now, and we hope you have had the chance to take one of their classes! Learn a little more about her here!!

Hannah: I’m Hannah (she/her), and I am so stoked to join the Chin-up coaching team!
 
I’ve been involved in sports for as long as I can remember: volleyball, swimming, tae kwon do, and flag football. The summer before high school, I began competing in CrossFit. I trained in the sport for six years and earned my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification. So, if you have any questions about hybrid training, please let me know!
 
After leaving CrossFit in 2023, I began training as a powerlifter and discovered my true passion: helping people get STRONG! I started teaching group fitness classes with Fitness at Colorado School of Mines. Then, I earned my ACE Personal Training certification and completed my USA Weightlifting Coach L1 certification. Since then, I have taught a women’s lifting course and coached personal training clients. I love everything related to strength training. My dream is to open my own gym, focused on strength training and helping people fall in love with movement.
Outside the gym, I have experience teaching swim lessons and coaching swim teams. I earned my undergraduate degree in Computer Science and am currently pursuing a Master’s from Mines. So, huuuge nerd over here!
