🧘Are you ready to embrace tranquility and rejuvenate your mind and body? Come and join us for a refreshing Vinyasa Flow yoga series led by the talented Jae at North Loop Park!

📍North Loop Park, Saturdays 10-11 am

This free Vinyasa Flow class is focused on autonomy, allowing you to make your own decisions and tailor the practice to your needs. We will explore guided physical postures (asana) to build strength and flexibility, breathing practices (pranayama), and visualizations of energy (kriya). Each class will conclude with savasana, deep relaxation, and sometimes meditation. All practices are suggested, not required.

What to Bring: Yoga mat and water bottle are essential. Optional items include yoga blocks, a bolster, yoga straps, blankets, extra pillows, and a bed sheet to lay on the grass under your mat.

Jae: Jae is a yoga guide, retired collegiate athlete, and your personal cheerleader. After graduating in 2020, Jae discovered that focusing on the present moment was key to living fully. At Yoga Sanctuary, she combined her passions for coaching, holistic movement, and community into yoga. Jae views yoga as a lifestyle and a catalyst for uniting individuals and awakening their true selves.
