Double Cherry Cheesecake Toasts
Ingredients:
1/2 Sprouts Cherry Vanilla Sourdough Loaf 
1 C frozen cherries, defrosted
11/2 tbsp granulated sugar 
1 lemon (for zest)
1/2 C heavy cream 
4 oz whipped cream cheese
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract 
dash of salt 

Instructions:
1. Slice bread into 1-inch slices.
2. Toast until golden brown. 
3. Stir cherries, sugar and zest of 1/2 lemon together in a small bowl and set aside.
4. Add1 heavy cream, whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to a large bowl and beat with hand mixer for 2-5 minutes, or until thickened. 
5. Once toast has cooled, cut slices in half and arrange on a serving platter.
6. Top with a dollop of cheesecake mixture and a spoonful of cherry mixture. (Optional: garnish with additional lemon zest.)
