It’ll be the dip of the summer.🏊 Ingredients - 3/4 cup sour cream - 1/4 cup mayonnaise - 2 oz. cream cheese - 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry ranch dressing mix (from 1 [1-oz.] envelope) - 1/2 cup frozen unseasoned fire-roasted corn, thawed, plus more for garnish (from 1 [12-oz.] pkg.) - 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper, plus more for garnish (from 1 [8-oz.] bell pepper) - 1 (4-oz.) can mild chopped green chiles, drained - 2 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish  - 1/8 tsp. smoked paprika - 1/8 tsp. chili powder - 1/8 tsp. ground cumin - Potato chips, for serving Directions 1. Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and ranch dressing mix in a large bowl until smooth. 2. Stir in corn, bell pepper, green chiles, cilantro, smoked paprika, chili powder, and cumin until combined. 3. Spoon into a serving bowl. Garnish with roasted corn, bell pepper, and cilantro.
