We can’t believe it’s already day four of #CannesLions2023!  From launching our new “Illustrate Change” initiative to sharing research on the power of inclusive representation – it has been a fun, creative, and inspiring week! Below are a few of our favorite moments from today:

➡Our US Chief Design Officer Megan Fath took a designer’s eye view on creating more human employee experiences in an increasingly hybrid workplace at the @FemaleQuotient Equality Lounge

➡#Reckitt leaders joined @Deloitte’s Laura Grayling to show how using simulation technology can help CMOs accelerate their team’s data-driven marketing maturity. The key takeaway? It’s all about the right design principles for upskilling – being immersive, as close to real-to-life as possible and home-growing an elite cohort of facilitators.

➡Our Illustrate Change project received an encore presentation at Inkwell Beach, with Chidiebere Ibe and @JnJ's Mohamed Issa continuing to inspire audiences about the future of representation in medical illustration.

➡Lastly, @Deloitte’s CMO Program Leader, Stacy Kemp, joined a fascinating conversation on the ethics of AI, exploring possibilities for purpose-driven #AI use during her visit to the @FemaleQuotient’s Equality Lounge.
