As the sun sets on another day,

I want to stop and say that this day, this sunset matters.

Dr. King wasn't just a speechmaker or the leader of protests. He inspired countless people to act on what they knew to be true in their hearts:

That our differences shouldn't make us contrast like black and white do. But rather that they are our strength.

I've experience racism, serious painful moments that have changed how I view the world to a degree, as I am sure you all have to. But on a day like today, I feel no pain. I feel proud to see how diverse in thoughts, ethnicities and morals my friends are, and I know that without you all I wouldn't be the man that I am.

That's a dream I love to live everyday.
