Ingredients:​⁣
2 whole organic seedless cucumbers, peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, thinly sliced​⁣
2 cups blueberries​⁣
salt & pepper, to taste​⁣
1/2 cup organic white balsamic dressing​⁣
3 tbsp fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced​⁣
1 cup crumbled barrel aged Greek feta cheese​⁣
