## Caption

These Brownie Hedgehogs 🦔 bring a whole new meaning to “Sticky Sweet” hehe! They’re goeey and delicious! They make great treats for parties or for gifting!!! 
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate - roughly chopped + more for decorating. 
1 cup sweet cream butter
2 cups granulated sugar
½ dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
5 large eggs
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 
½  teaspoon salt
2+ cups chocolate sprinkles
12 oz white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°. Line your cupcake trays with liners and set aside.Melt your bittersweet chocolate and butter together in a heat safe bowl over a pot of boiling water (double boiler method). Add the chocolate and butter mixture to the eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Mix together until fully incorporated. Mix in the flour and salt and stir until combined. Pour batter into your prepared muffin tins. Top each cupcake with an even layer of chocolate sprinkles. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out without any uncooked batter. Unlike baking a cake the toothpick should not come out cleanly. 
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before decorating. Melt half the white chocolate chips and add a circle of chocolate to the middle of each brownie. Add two arms and two legs as well as a nose using the remaining white chocolate chips pressed into the melted chocolate. Once hardened, use melted bittersweet chocolate to add a nose and eyes! Enjoy!
