## Caption

Cheesy Shredded Chicken Enchiladas🔥✨

1 can mild enchilada sauce
4 cups shredded chicken
1 bag Mexican cheese blend
2/3 cup cream cheese
20 small tortillas
Fresh cilantro
Tomato, diced

1. Preheat oven to 375°. Spread 1/3 cup enchilada sauce in bottom of greased pyrex dish. 
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, 1 cup shredded cheese, and 3/4 cup enchilada sauce. 
3. Spread 2 tbsp of cream cheese in each tortilla. Add 2 to 3 tbsp chicken mixture. Roll up tightly and add to dish. 
4. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas. Add remaining cheese to top. Bake for 20 minutes. Increase temperature to 400° and bake for 5 more minutes. 
5. Garnish with diced tomatoes and cilantro. Serve. 🫶🏻
