Peaches and cream tiramisu parfait!
#ad Not sure what I love more, peach season or finding new ways to turn it into dessert. I whipped up these little tiramisu-style parfaits with layers of kefir-dipped ladyfingers, sweet summer peaches, and a creamy blend of lifewaykefir Farmer Cheese and Lifeway Kefir Peach. Finished with toasted almonds because texture is everything. Light, tangy, and tastes like sunshine. Breakfast or dessert, it’s your choice. I prefer both. Ingredients
 
8oz Lifeway Farmer Cheese
1/2 tbsp Lifeway Kefir Peach divided
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp honey or other sweetener
6 ladyfingers
2 peaches
2 tbsp brown sugar
Dash of cinnamon
1/4 cup water
Toasted almond flakes to garnish
 
 
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine sliced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and water. Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, until the peaches are tender and syrupy. Set aside to cool.
In a blender, combine the Lifeway Farmer Cheese, 4 tbsp Peach Kefir, vanilla extract, and honey. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the rest of Peach Kefir into a shallow bowl. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the kefir 
In two serving glasses, layer half of the kefir-dipped ladyfingers. Spoon over a layer of the blended cream, then a layer of the stewed peaches with a bit of syrup. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Top with fresh peach slices and toasted almond flakes. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
