CT Hoopers, here's another example of sticking to the work. 

On court workouts daily, weight lifting daily, coachability, having a winners mentality, having great grades & focusing in the classroom, high moral character off the court; these are all of the pieces it takes to become a scholarship player. 

@zach_laput sets the standard for what it takes to set and achieve a goal. His passion and work ethic rubs off on every player he's been around, and it's been amazing to watch the continued growth year in and year out.
