🥬To make the lettuce wrap, just place some Romain leaves on parchment, spread the chicken salad over it. Press the chicken salad down with a spatula or the back of the spoon. Roll the Romain leaves up then wrap it in parchment and slice in half! Think: Jimmy John’s unwhich -so good!
