Today I’m celebrating with my favorite no-yeast donut recipe — and trust me, you won’t miss the yeast one bit.

These homemade donut holes are soft, golden, and ready in no time. No kneading, no proofing, no rising — just mix, roll, and fry.

I love them coated in cinnamon sugar (highly recommend), but you can roll them in powdered sugar or plain sugar too — they’re delicious either way!
