## Caption

Shish kebabs are without a doubt one of my favorite foods to grill on the BBQ. 

I mean c'mon, grass-fed meat AND a plethora of organic veggies all slathered in healthy fats and seasonings... What more could you ask for? 

Prior to putting on the grill and while the skewers cooked, I brushed on a combination of:
🧈 melted @ancientorganics grass-fed ghee 
🍋 fresh squeezed lemon 
🍶 tamari 
🌿 various seasonings and herbs 

I enjoyed these delightful creations with a variety of dipping sauces including baba ghanouj, bitchin sauce, and of course Pesto
