The perfect dish for a hot summer day! Anytime you don't have to use the stove/oven to make something is a win in the summer time. ⁣

Easy to prepare, healthy, refreshing, and great to make a big batch and have it throughout the week! ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Just be sure the fish your using has been properly frozen for at least 2 weeks to eliminate any chances of parasites 🚫🐛⁣⁣

Ingredients: ⁣⁣
2 lbs wild-caught mahi mahi ⁣⁣
4-6 organic heirloom tomatoes ⁣⁣
1 organic cucumber ⁣⁣
1 bundle organic cilantro⁣⁣
1 organic yellow bell pepper ⁣⁣
1 medium organic onion ⁣⁣
1-3 organic jalapenos ⁣⁣
4-5 organic limes⁣⁣
Seasonings to taste (Salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, etc.)⁣⁣
Top with avocado
