And most importantly - ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ & ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ’ฏ โฃ โฃ Lately I've been buying/using more frozen vegetables than fresh due to convenience. I load up at Costco on various organic options and then just steam the veggies when I decide to eat them. This way you don't have to worry about shopping often or having your vegetables over ripen and go to waste. โ„๏ธ๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅ• Additionally, fruits/vegetables that are flash frozen can be picked at peak ripeness and the freezing process helps to preserve many essential vitamins. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ Don't get me wrong - fresh is great too, but often times our produce is prematurely picked and shipped far distances where it sits in the grocery stores for many days, during which time the nutrients degrade.
