My hope is that this #SUNSERIES taught you how to optimize your sun exposure while minimizing any risks, as well as the many benefits associated with sensible exposure. 

You have to prioritize this healthy habit the way you would sleep, hydration, exercise, or nutrition. 

MAKE time for your daily sun exposure. 

I truly believe that optimizing your light environment is the key to unlocking so many factors that our bodies need to THRIVE 

It's completely free for everyone, and available anywhere in the world. 

I am incredibly passionate about this topic and will continue to do everything I can to undo the incorrect mainstream narrative misleading people to fear the sun.
