There is nothing smart about these 'smart dogs' 🤦🏼‍♂️⁣

I respect everyone's right to choose how they want to eat, but I must say some of the vegan foods I see are just downright awful. ⁣

The first 3 ingredients in these vegan 'smart dogs' after water are #soyprotein, #soybeanoil, and #canesyrup 🙅🏽‍♂️ But that's not all. They also have plenty of garage preservatives & flavoring agents ⁣

Inflammatory, harmful, toxic ingredients are not 'smart'. ⁣
⁣
This doesn't mean you should go get yourself some ballpark franks made with factory farmed (CAFO) animal parts and harmful additives.⁣

These are both terrible options. But, if you enjoy hot dogs (like @ashleygaetan 😘) there is hope. ⁣
⁣
You can get some high-quality, grass-fed organic beef hot dogs without any added nonsense that taste delicious from many stores or online. (I order my meat from @uswellnessmeats & @wallacefarms) ⁣
⁣
Long story short: Many of the 'healthy vegan' options are far from healthy. Unfermented soy is NOT a health food & soybean oil is one of the WORST foods you can put into your body. (Check out a good book called 'The Whole Soy Story' for more info on soy products)
