I tend to vary my breakfast timing which I find works great for many people.👍🏼

Throughout evolution, Humans never had strict consistency in when they ate. •
•
We all benefit from variation in our meal timing. •
•
Some days doing some form of intermittent fasting, other days incorporating an earlier breakfast, and sometimes not eating at all. •

The key is mixing it up because this variation (varying the type of foods, how much we eat, and & WHEN we eat)  creates a beneficial adaptation response in our bodies. •

By creating adaptation in your body by having variation in your nutrition (varying exercise does this too, but more on that another time) you release #growthhormone and #norepinephrine which provide anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and a better healing response in our bodies. 💯

Your cells also become more sesnative to hormones which is the key to losing weight, having more energy, preventing/reversing certain chronic diseases, & living a longer, healtheir life! 🙌🏼
