Nothing beats warm, nourishing soup on a cold winter day. Especially since @ashleygaetan has been a bit under the weather. 🤧

One of the best parts is you can make a ton of soup and have dinner ready to go for the week. It's so quick and easy to warm up left over soup and tastes just as good days later. 😋

The amounts listed will make a massive pot of soup! Filled my 8 quart pot almost to the brim 😅 (Easily 12+ servings) so you may want to half the recipe. •
•
Ingredients: 
32 oz homemade grass-fed beef bone broth 
64 oz store bought bone broth 
27 oz coconut milk •
•
2 limes (or 1 lemon) (fresh squeezed) 🍋
1 bundle cilantro🌿
1 Bell pepper 
4 stalks celery 
6 carrots 🥕
1 head broccoli 🥦
1 Zucchini 🥒
1 yellow squash 
3 bags @thrivemkt shirataki noodles (angel hair)
Optional: 1 lb organic pasture raised or free range chicken thighs (boiled & shredded) •

Seasonings : 
4 tsp curry powder 
2 tsp of each: chili powder, paprika, garlic powder 
1 tsp tumeric
Salt & pepper to taste •
