Open-Faced Salmon Sandwich 😋

This delightful creation was easy to whip up and packs amazing flavor. 👍🏼
•
Directions: 
1. Cut a sweet potato long ways into 1/2 inch thick slice and sauté in coconut oil. Season with salt/paprika 🍠🥥
2. Load on your favorite toppings. I used leafy greens, tomato, and avocado. 🌿🍅🥑
3. Top with a salmon Fillet. I cooked mine in a cast iron skillet with @ancientorganics ghee and seasoned w/ salt, pepper, paprika, and roadkill seasoning blend. 🍣
