Loaded Salad 🥗

Bed of spring mix topped with cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, walnuts, cabbage, sunflower seeds, avocado, and wild-caught salmon 🥒🍅🥑🎣

For the salmon I used pepper and @stuartsspices roadkill seasoning blend then cooked it in a cast iron skillet with @ancientorganics ghee 👌🏼

Topped the salad with generous amounts of @bariani EVOO combined with @primalkitchenfoods dreamy italian dressing 🙌🏼
