No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies 🥜🍪

Peanut butter cookies are my favorite so I may be a bit biased when I say these taste incredible! Plus they are super quick and easy to make (takes about 5 minutes) 🙌🏼

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (or nut butter of choice ) 
2 TBSP @lakantosweetener monkfruit maple syrup (or low glycemic sweetener or choice) 
3 TBSP Coconut Flour 
1 TBSP Grass-Fed Butter (melted) 
Optional: 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract & pinch of sea salt •

Just combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, roll up into balls, then press into cookies and cross with a fork. (Or eat as cookie dough) •

This will make about 4 large cookies, so you may very well need to double or triple the recipe 🍪 😋
