I love how many ways you can prepare zucchini. With a mild flavor it's the perfect vegetable vessle to carry all the delicious flavors of your meal. 🥒🌶️🥩

Ingredients: 
3 zucchini 🥒
1 lb ground meat (I used grass-fed beef) 🥩
1 bell peppers 🌶️
4-5 crimini mushrooms 🍄
Guacamole 🥑
Seasonings: salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, paprika, chiptole powder, garlic powder, ect. 
Optional: grass-fed cheese, cilantro and peppers •

Directions: 📋
1) Slice zucchini in half and carve out center 🔪
2) In a separate bowl, combine ground beef with diced mushrooms and seasonings 
3) Load meat mixture into carved out zucchini 🥒
4) Optional to top with cheese 🧀
5) Bake at 350° F for 20-25 mins 🌡️
6) Top with guac, cilantro, and peppers 🥑🌿🌶️
