Coconut Chocolate Muffins 🥥🍫

Here are some delicious muffins you can feel good about eating! 🙌🏼
•
I love enjoying these grain-free, low-sugar muffins alongside some nut butter 👌🏼
•
Ingredients: 
1) 1/2 cup almond flour 
2) 1/2 cup coconut flour 🥥
3)  1/2 tsp baking soda 
4) 1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt 
5) 1 tsp vanilla extract 
6) 4 large eggs 🥚
7) 1/3 cup yacon syrup 
8) 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
11) 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 
12) 1 cup no-sugar added chocolate chips (I used @lilys_sweets_chocolate) •

Directions: 
1) Set aside 1/4 cup shredded coconut and 1/2 chocolate chips to top with 
2) Combine all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl 
3) Place batter into cupcake tray 
4) Top with shredded coconut and chocolate chips 
5) Bake @ 350° F for 12-15 mins 
6) Enjoy! •
