1 beet 
4 stalks of celery 
1 lemon and lime 🍋 
Red cabbage 
Broccoli sprouts 🥦🌱
Herbs (I used parsley and cilantro) 
Optional: dark leafy greens •

Beets are somewhat high in sugar, so for that reason I suggest you drink this juice alongside healthy fats to slow the conversion and aid in nutrient absorbtion 🥥🥑🥓

Walnuts would be perfect since they have an awesome fatty acid profile while also providing additional liver supporting properties. 👍🏼
