Super easy to make and very versatile! I dropped these in some homemade bone broth Pho (recipe coming soon) 🍜

These meatballs are awesome to make a double or triple batch, then freeze and have them ready to go for any dish 👍🏼

1 lb 100% grass-fed organic beef 
1 pasture-raised organic egg 🥚
2 tbsp almond flour (or coconut flour)
Fresh parsely 🌿
Seasonings (garlic/onion powder, salt/pepper, etc.) •

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then roll up into balls. They can be baked in the oven, pan fried, or dropped into a soup 👌🏼
