Shish kebabs are without a doubt one of my favorite foods to grill on the BBQ. 🍢😋

I mean c'mon, grass-fed meat and a plethora of organic veggies all slathered in healthy fats and seasonings... What more could you ask for? 🥩🍄🌶️🍆🥒🥦

Prior to putting on the grill and while the skewers cooked, I brushed on a combination of:
Melted @ancientorganics grass-fed ghee 🐮
Fresh squeezed lemon 🍋
Tamari 
Various seasonings and herbs 🌿

I enjoyed these delightful creations with a variety of dipping sauces including baba ghanouj, @bitchinsauce, and of course Pesto 🌿🍆
