Pancake foundation: 
1 cup Lakanto pancake mix 🥞
1/2 cup coconut milk 🥥🥛
2 tsp coconut oil 🥥
2 pasture-raised eggs 🍳
Optional: 2 tsp Lakanto sweetener (golden) and/or a few drops of Lakanto maple syrup ••
1 pound Wallace farms breakfast sausage 🥓
10 pasture-raised eggs 🍳
1 red bell pepper🌶️
5-6 mushrooms 🍄
Dark leafy greens 🥗
Optional: towards the end of baking, top with shredded grass-fed cheese 🧀
