NK cells are a type of white blood cell that is reponsible for killing off tumor cells and virus infected cells in our bodies. 👊🏼

One Study looking at the effects of forest bathing on immune function found that the increase in natural killer cell activity lasted for more than 30 days after a weekend exposure!
