I came up with this nutrient rich granola receipe to satisfy my love for cereal without having to consume the starch/sugar packed, chemical laiden, processed garbage sold in the stores. • 👌🏼

This tasty recipe will bring you back to the good ol' cereal days of childhood, while also providing your body with norishing healthy fats, high quality protien, and none of the toxic ingredients! • 👍🏻

Dry ingredients: 
1 cup (crush nuts) : walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, sunflower seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds 
3 TBSP : hemp seeds, chia seeds 
1 cup (unsweetended): raw shredded coconut, toasted coconut flakes •

Wet ingredients: 
2/3 cup yacon syrup 
1/2 cup coconut oil 
1 TBSP Ceylon cinnamon (more if you love cinnamon) 
2 TBSP grass-fed butter or Ghee 
2 TSP vanilla extract 
1/4 tsp real sea salt •
