Pasta on it's own has very little flavor. It's a vessle to carry all the flavorful sauces and toppings we put on it. •

Ironically, very often the sauce/toppings are healthy for us and the near flavorless vessle is terrible for our health

Zucchini noodles are a great vessle to enjoy your favorite sauce (mine is pesto) and load on high-quality animal protien + your favorite veggies to create a nourishing, delicious alternative to a dish so many people love

Does it taste as good as real pasta? Don't be silly, of course not. Is it still damn good? You bet
