Fly with me from Bali to Kuala Lumpur ✈️🌎

After nearly two months in Bali it’s time for us to leave! To enter Bali, you need to have an exit flight booked and often we don’t know where we’re going next, so we tend to book a flight to Kuala Lumpur when our visa ends and figure things out from here. It’s a fast and cheap flight from Bali, and it’s a hub airport, so we can book a cheap flight to our next stop easily.

Plus, it’s one of my favourite cities to visit and I will take any excuse to spend a few days here! 🇲🇾

I used to be so bad at flying, but at this point we’ve done it so much I’ve got my system down! 

• Sort my visas and entry requirements (Malaysia have a new ‘Digital Arrival Card’ you need to fill out before you arrive) 
• Get my flight bag prepped (the bag in the video is by Tarion, it’s linked in my Amazon storefront) 
•Buy my eSIM from airalo_uk so I can get online when I land and plan my onward journey without depending on airport WiFi. They cover 200 countries, and are super easy to install so they’re my go-to recommendation for people new to sims!
• Change into cosy clothes so I can cuddle up in my seat during the flight 
• Fill my water bottles so I don’t get dehydrated or snack during the flight 
• Setup my charger, phone mount, and neck pillow so I can watch a movie and snooze 

I managed to sleep for the entire flight which was a win! I know it was a 2pm-5pm flight but I was up early and needed a nap 😂

If you’re travelling from KL airport to the city, you can take the KLIA express or a Grab taxi (it’s an app, like Uber!). Compare drive times and prices between the two when you land (the train takes 28 mins from terminal 1 to KL sentral, plus 3 mins from terminal 2 and is 50myr per person). We were staying another 30 mins beyond KL Sentral, so it was faster and cheaper for us to take a taxi! 

The market we went to was Tapak Urban Street Dining, the Buldok stall is on the closest side to 7-11! 🍜
